VEGANUARY – EASY VEGAN RECIPES YOU NEED TO TRY

Veganuary is an annual global campaign that takes place throughout January, to encourage people to take on a plant-based lifestyle or vegan diet for the month.

With veganism or plant-based eating increasing in popularity, 2022 became Veganuary’s biggest year to date! This is reflected in supermarkets and restaurants, where many expand their vegan ranges and options during the month of January. Although the challenge did start on January 1st, you can still officially sign up on the Veganuary website.

However, you can give the change an unofficial go too, just by eating more plant-based meals or adopting the vegan diet for a period of time. We know it can be a little difficult to know where to start if this is new to you, as there are so many options and substitutes now it can be overwhelming! So, we’ve pulled together a list of quick and easy vegan meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as some sweet treats to keep you inspired through Veganuary.
